Legal Counsel (m/f/d)
Your role:
This role reports to the LVP Legal Affairs EMEA and Global Privacy Officer
- Daily legal support to the multiple companies across the EMEA region
- Reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service contracts
- Work on projects related to Competition Law
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns
- Collating billing information
- Assisting with signing and closing procedures, as well as collating signature packs and executing documents
- Involvement in business projects to cover the legal roll-out
- Conducting legal research
Your profile:
- Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with a wide range of PQE experience
- Proven experience in commercial/contract law, ideally in an international environment
- Experience and knowledge in competition/cartel law preferential
- Experience in data privacy is a plus but not a must
- Willingness to communicate (verbally and in writing) clearly and effectively with business stakeholders at all levels
- Business English essential
- Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic business approach
- Pro-active team player that can also work independently and prioritise in accordance with business’s needs
- Organised and structured
