Responsible for driving, defining and maintaining the consistency of all the product requirements
Drives overall requirements management activities. (Stakeholder, Sys, SW, EE, ME, FuSa, Testing)
Defines the RMP and aligns how attributes will be handled along with FOs, SW, EE, ME and test requirements
Defines requirements life cycle status (RMP)
Works as interface to internal teams and external stakeholders and suppliers for requirements exchanges
Creates documents Collection (DTL)
Manages and tracks changes respective to documents version
Allocates Stakeholder requirements for analysis (starting from DTL Allocation) to the system team and product supporting function (under products system engineer responsibility)
Contributes to and maintains Document Tracking Lists, Requirements Management Plans, Stakeholder Requirements Specifications and Requirements Traceability KPIs on all levels of engineering
Supervises traceability between stakeholder, system and metier requirements
Coordinates review of the system requirements with other members of the team
Creates traceability reports and metrics
Reports overall requirements metrics
Creates SIQ requests related to requirements management and to participate to SIQ meetings
Experience in System Engineering
Understanding of system requirements writing methodologies
Good knowledge of requirements management tools
Skilled at scripting
Able to escalate issues regarding requirements engineering according to escalation matrix/level
Able to request all necessary inputs to carry on with project plans and schedules
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and reporting skills
